Aaron's, Viviene's, Lorraine's, and Charlene's study on the zinc-catalyzed Friedel-Crafts alkylation with unactivated secondary alcohols is accepted to Cell Reports Physical Science.

Kevin is awarded the NSF CAREER Award that will fund that lab's metal-catalyzed C-H functionalization and chemical outreach projects. We are very thankful to the National Science Foundation!

Viviene successfully defends her PhD dissertation and is officially Dr. Nguyen. She will transition to OliX Pharmaceuticals in San Diego as a medicinal chemist.
